I’m such a baby about things touching my eyes lol. But I had the best experience with Dr. McLemore and would 100000% recommend seeing her! She is so easy to talk to and makes you feel so at home. It hardly felt like an appointment and more like catching up with a friend! She was super professional though, the office was very clean, and when I left I really felt heard in regards to my eye concerns. And had a flare up with my right eye, a few days before a half marathon. I was referred to Dr. McLemore by a friend who said nothing but wonderful things. After reaching out to her she urgently got me in and was so accommodating with my work schedule. Durning my visit she looked in my eye throughly and did test to navigate what was wrong, I felt so comfortable asking questions and discussing any concerns I had.with her especially wanting to perform at elite level. The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a professional and comfortable atmosphere. It was so as if i was right at home and a feeling of comfortability. The entire appointment was efficient, and I appreciated the time she took to see me. And did a follow up appointment the next day. And even a few days later to make sure eye could still see and it was healing. Dr. McLemore expertise and knowledge was amazing and so assuring, and I left feeling confident in the care I received. I would highly recommend her and already texted all my friends to go see her. She’s wonderful and I’ll be coming back for a regular eye checks!! Loving my new progressives so much I went back for prescription sunglasses! A couple years back I was a nightmare client and really indecisive about frames and lenses. Liz recommended these cool black frames, due to their life time warranty, and jumped through hoops to get the lenses that suited me. Good call! Recently the frame developed a stress crack near the left side hinge, where I grab to take off, and put on, my glasses. I emailed Liz about the warranty. She told me she would take care of it. I took my glasses to the shop and she swapped the frames out for new ones in the store. A few minutes later I walked out with essentially a new pair! Awesome! Liz an awesome, fun, and cool lady with an adorable dog. She's always very professional and responsive with emails.
