Dr. McLemore provides eye exams and eyewear for the entire family. She runs her small business solo and enjoys caring for the eyes of military and kama’aina. She has recently attended several dry conferences and is excited to share all of the new treatments available to relieve red, irritated, fatigued, watery and itchy eyes. Dr. McLemore is prior active duty Navy and has experience working for several eye surgeons. She was Clinical Director at TLC Laser Eye Center specializing in LASIK and PRK evaluations. Dr. McLemore is involved in philanthropies Project Vision, Kokua Foundation and St. Jude’s. She enjoys tennis, outrigger paddling, pickelball, snorkeling & pilates.
Insurances accepted: Tricare Prime, Tricare Select, Tricare Prime Retired, HMSA, Eyemed (local HMSA plans) & UHA. All other insurances, medicare plans and vision plans are out-of-network. New this year: Tricare Select only covers eye exams if you have met your deductible. If you opt to be seen without insurance or as out-of-network, charges will be $109.
